Dear Toastmasters Leaders and Friends,

It was my pleasure having served all of you as Division T Governor from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011.

It was a year of learning and gaining valuable experience on the Toastmasters journey. It gave me a stronger belief that effective communication skills are what we all need when we are dealing with other human beings. Of course, we should not stop improving that one important skill.

We have to remember at all times that we are in an ever-changing environment. People around us also change, not only as individuals but also in behavior and feelings. How to work harmoniously with each and every individual is a never-ending task that we all have to master in order to become a good leader.

The one-year journey that I had been working as a voluntary leader was just a beginning. I had learned a great deal about myself as well as a number of people that I had the chance to work with. They all were and still are great inspirational teachers to me, making me strife to improve myself in more ways than one.

The success and strength of Division T comes from every Toastmasters member.

I would like to thank all members of District 80 Council, Division T Council, Area Governors, all Club Officers and every Toastmasters member in Thailand in giving me this great and wonderful opportunity, one that I will hold dearly for a long time in my heart.

I would now like to wish the new Team of Competent Leaders who will take the responsibility in taking care of all Toastmasters club in Thailand under the lead of Division Governor Thiyada Dharmajiva a great and successful year starting from 01 July 2011 to 30 June 2011.
